There's nothing more frustrating than trying to make progress and finding yourself struggling. For me, it often comes down to my limitations or the people around me. It can be incredibly perplexing. What do you do? How do you figure it out? It's complicated. Sometimes, it feels like nobody cares, nobody listens. They're checked out.
For the past 20 years, I've studied, researched, and worked to understand why. Through a lifetime of experiences dealing with disappointment and frustration, I've come to accept that it's complicated. At the end of the day, it's my life. I own it. The feelings, the thoughts, the needs, and the wants—they're all mine.
So, how do I change it? I have to make choices. But not just any choices. I began my journey by choosing to enjoy God, enjoy others, and enjoy myself. How? By letting go of what I don't own—everyone else and their choices, feelings, needs, thoughts, and wants.
The only way I'm going to see the progress I long for is by starting with me. After all, it's my struggle, my aspirations, my choices. I just wish it was easy.
If you're looking for a way to navigate the complexities of finding your way, then our coaching program can help with a simple, friendly, and direct approach that simplifies your choices and clears a path for your aspirations and dreams.

That can be a tough and tricky question to articulate. What problem are you trying to address?
They say if we are going to achieve anything, we must write it down. We need to define what we want and be willing to negotiate a meaningful commitment in writing. Once we have a vision, we plan, execute, measure progress, and make choices along the way. When necessary, we make tough choices. The complicated part is knowing what choices to make and when to make them.
Choices are about navigating the gap to make progress. The gap is the space between where we are today and where we want to be tomorrow —our aspiration, our vision.
The key to bridging the gap is understanding ourselves and how we show up. It guides us through the choices we need to make to progress toward what we sincerely want. It opens the door for us to see the next steps and allows us to make the right choices along the way. But we can't do it alone. We need a logical approach with tools, processes, and perspective.
Take the first step today. Let's work together to define your vision, create a plan, and navigate the choices that will lead you to a more fulfilling future.

From a young age, I was driven by hard work—raking leaves, shoveling snow, mowing lawns, paper routes, and doing odd jobs. These experiences built a service mindset and work ethic, laying the groundwork for my career in retail, sales, manufacturing, engineering, coaching, speaking, and entrepreneurship. However, I once lost sight of a fundamental truth: people are the key to success.
I was so focused on results that I bulldozed through interactions, prioritizing tasks over relationships. It struck me that relationships are the lubricant keeping the machinery of success running smoothly. Through extensive reading, counseling, coaching, education, and life experiences, I’ve learned that meaningful connections and collaboration amplify our efforts and achievements.
Leadership starts with self-awareness and personal growth, empowering us to make impactful choices. My success lies in discovering my identity through struggle and frustration, guiding me toward what truly energizes me; giving me the clear direction I needed.
